Five Star rating on RVReviews.com This
is the second Mountain Aire we have ordered from Herold Trailer Sales. The 2002
Mountain Aire was hit broadside on the curbside when we were sound asleep at
Lions Head Campground in West Yellowstone Mt. Herold helped us deal with our
insurance company as the people who hit us had no insurance and spoke no
English. The hit was so hard that they did $54,000 in damages. We had
replacement cost insurance so we ordered a 2004 Mountain Aire 38RLPK, it is a
new floorplan and has the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen in an RV. The
quality of the Newmar workmanship is great.
Brian and Morris Herold are
the best dealers and are there for you when you need them. I highly recommend
that you choose your dealer wisely as you never know when or why you may need
their help. > > Kathy LeStrange, Sioux Falls,

How Iowans went
the extra mile to help others. My two boys and I went camping at
Saylorville with a friend and her son. As I started to put up my camper I
realized the cable that raises the top was stuck.
After numerous calls
to RV dealers, I reached Brian at Herold Trailer Sales in Indianola. He told me
how to fix the problem.
A man from northern Iowa and his grandson, who
were camping next to us, came to help. The yound man fixed my camper and would
not take any money. We were able to enjoy a wonderful weekend, thanks to all
these helpful Iowans. > > Diane Butrum, Des Moines, IA as printed

Local businesses
give great customer service. To the editor. When you deal with a
business that consistently treats you with courtesy and efficiency it should be
acknowledged. We have dealt with Herold Trailer Sales for over 35 years and
have always received excellent service. No matter what the problem we bring
through the door, we are greeted with a smile. You know they will do their best
to solve the situation as quickly as possible.
Although we have
purchased campers from them throughout the years, we know non-customers who
have been given good service while traveling through. That is why we, and many
others, do business with a local merchant. It's called business
integrity. > > Keith and Marilyn Perry, Indianola, IA as printed in
